The center is decorated with a teardrop cut blue topaz, a very refined cut that, in a subtle but effective way, adds an extra touch to the whole; it is held by three claws that push it slightly upwards compared to the base, thus putting it in full evidence. On each side, the two shoulders have been embellished with a white gold
