Polartec Power Shield Midweight Polartec Prints This lovely wool blend isPolartec Power Shield is the original soft shell fabric technology that combined breathable comfort with high performance weather resistance. This family of fabric styles has a nylon or polyester face that is water repellent, wind resistant and durable.
