Eligibility criteria The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) RCTs that have included participants with obesity defined as BMI of 30 kg/m 2 or higher, or 27 kg/m 2 or higher if accompanied by one or more comorbidities, 2) evaluated the safety and efficacy of semaglutide or tirzepatide for weight reduction in the intervention arm, 3) has a control group for comparison, 4) reported at least one of the following safety outcomes: GI adverse events, hepatic adverse events, new cases of pancreatitis, gallbladder and biliary disorders
