Data sources and literature searches A systematic literature search was conducted in the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases using Medical Subject Headings terms and text keywords through April 2023 (eTable 1 in the Supplement)
There are treatments available that can restore hair growth to affected areas, although the results may not last indefinitely
