In this combined analysis, we observe that the degree of BMI loss depends strongly on sex, drug type, time on treatment and drug dosage, consistent with previous reports 11 , and has a relatively weak dependence on pre-treatment BMI (with higher starting BMI associated with greater BMI loss)
