Bourgogne Côte d'Or rouge, Domaine Tollot-Beaut, 2022 Variant:DUTY PAID framed by subtle earth andDomaine Tollot Beaut's Bourgogne Rouge 2022, which sees around 25% new oak, has a delightful, fresh strawberry and red plum scented bouquet, the wood just giving it a little lift. The palate is sweet and chewy on the entry with sappy cranberry and strawberry fruit, leading to a punchy finish. For us, this Domaine Tollot Beaut Bourgogne Rouge exudes all of the flavours and style that true Burgundian Pinot Noir should have.
