Like most Eriocyse, this species forms a tap root . Flowers are a beautiful combination of pink petals with a white to yellow throat. Requires general cactus care, but be careful not to overwater as tap rooted species are more sensitive to rot. Will clump in time. Protect from frost, though it is said to be able to withstand light frost. Plant needs good light to maintain the
