The Observatory (the Pagoda's official name) was completed in 1892 with a design that reflects the Gilded Age interest in Asian culture

"Corner Conversation": Original painting by Crystal Moll Domino Sugars Sign Perfect gift for the BaltimoreI painted this original oil on location over several visits in Annapolis during, 2025 Paint Annapolis plein air painting competition. As usual, I was drawn to the light and shadows. One thing I can't always control or predict is something the final piece says. To me, these 2 buildings look like they are having a conversation This painting measures 16 x 16" and is beautifully framed.
