Playa Year:2025 it bridges both cultural influencesPlaya is a natural sparkling white wine made from 100% Palomino in Jerez, Andaluca. The grapes come from Pago Carrascal, from vines over 80 years old growing on albariza, the famous chalky white soil of the area. The wine is fully destemmed, pressed in a traditional wooden vertical press, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. It then rests in bottle on its lees, giving the bubbles a gentle, natural character. With very low sulphur
