Coume de l'Olla blanco dry who discovered her passion forCoume de l'Olla blanco comes from restored high altitude vineyards (500 600m) in Roussillon, where iron rich clay limestone soils impart distinct character. This natural white wine combines Muscat Petit Grain, Macabeo, and White Grenache. The whole grapes undergo an unusual two week maceration before fermenting with indigenous yeasts.
