Verdeja Le Dicen special G&T is one of MilanVerdeja Le Dicen is a white wine made from Verdeja, an old local grape connected to Verdejo. This variety was once so important that vineyards planted with it were known as verdejeras. Here it comes from vines between 35 and over 100 years old, giving the wine a clear sense of depth and character. The winemaking is simple and hands on: whole bunches are foot trodden, pressed in a traditional basket press, then fermented with native yeasts in used oak
