Divý Ryšák Volume:75CL dry microclimate of the StrekovDiv Ryk is a field blend made from both white and red grapes, so it naturally sits between ros and very light red. The grapes come from old bush vines on loamy sandy soils near Nmiky, which gives the wine energy and a more untamed expression. After hand harvest, the grapes spent three days on the skins, then the wine rested for a year in acacia barrels before being bottled without added sulfur.
