New York Strip Steak, BoneLess, Yaka Vieja Weight:0.4 - 0.49 lbs They are never under stressfulThese New York strip steak is from our "Aged On The Hoof" Collection. These animals are harvested when they are older than the industry norm. Because they live peaceful, stress free lives they are already outrageously tender, but the extra age gives the meat an extra flavor and richness. Notice the cap of fat on the meat. So much flavor, so great for leftovers. Packaged ready for sous vide, grilling, or whatever is your favorite steak cooking
