P.A.N. aromatic fresh rosatoP. A. N. is a fresh red blend from Velk Blovice in Moravia, combining Pinot Noir with two Central European grapes: Andr and Blauer Portugieser. The Andr part is especially specialthis Czech variety was created in the 1960s and adds a darker fruit edge to the wines lighter Pinot profile. The grapes come from the Pansk vineyard, grown with manual work and gentle protection in the vines. In the cellar, the wine is made with a hands off approach:
