There’s a natural ease to the structure of this red: well-knit

and a real seriousness that comes through on the palate

2024 Domaine Rouge-Bleu Chéris Bourgeons de Mai Bottle Quantity:1 Bottle Thanks to its mineral backboneTASTING NOTES This striking Ros from Domaine Rouge Bleu hails from the southern Rhne Valley and is crafted from 70% Grenache and 30% Carignan, grown in mineral rich soils. Darker in hue than most ross, it opens with aromas of ripe cherry and a subtle lift of reductive minerality that recalls wet stone and schist. On the palate, it is bold and focused, showing snappy tart cherry and darker berry tones wrapped in a textured, slightly richer mouthfeel.
