Kilchoman Single Cask 2015 The Macallan possibly a hint of gingerWhile not a bourbon, this Kilchoman Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rare single bourbon barrel release, showcasing a fascinating interplay of Islay peat and the influence of American oak. Distilled in 2010 and bottled at cask strength in 2015, this expression from The Plowed Society offers a unique and powerful peated experience with a Bourbon cask backbone. Its non chill filtered and natural color presentation ensures an unadulterated taste.
