The grapes undergo a gentle, whole bunch maceration for around 14 days, followed by native yeast fermentation in used oak barrels. This approach preserves the wines bright red fruit flavors and fresh acidity, while a soft layer of tannins adds a delicate structure. Aging in oak imparts extra nuance without overshadowing
