Like Zep the previous year, they were filmed and recorded. Even rehearsals were apparently recorded with the intention of releasing them. However, no live releases were ever made (again, like Zep), and their performances only became public in the 21st century. Both the live album and the video were released simultaneously, but the live footage has become a staple of Beach Boys footage in the DVD era.
