Just Grapes Year:2024 which can keep the wineJust Grapes is a light, dry red from a single vineyard called Star vinice in Tetice, in the Znojmo area of Moravia. Its an unusual blend of Welschriesling (normally a white grape) and Zweigelt, giving the wine a playful mix of freshness and red fruit. The grapes come from organically farmed vines and were fermented as whole bunches using carbonic maceration for 10 days in wooden vats. This gentle method boosts juicy fruit character and smooth tannins.
