It comes from old bush vines in Vereda del Cerro Macho, a high area of the Sierra de Montilla spread between Ro Fro Alto and Benavente Alto. Because the vineyards sit at different orientations and altitudes, the wine brings together several expressions of the same place. The soils here are very calcareous albariza, which helps the
